Sometimes one of the best ways to deal with depression to do something for somebody. There is a good feeling that you get when you bring a smile to somebody’s face.

Feeling blue??

There is a difference between feeling blue or down in the dumps and having clinical depression. If you are having trouble  sleeeping or wanting to sleep all the time, over (or under ) eating, crying more than usual you may want to talk to someone about the symptoms.

Everyone  has those days once in a while but if you are having them everyday then it’s time to talk.
